1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the doon55 platform in any capacity — whether browsing, depositing PKR, placing bets, playing live casino games, participating in bingo or engaging with any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and doon55. They apply to all members regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use doon55, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. doon55 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering voluntarily for personal entertainment. The platform cannot be used on behalf of another person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary ban from the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable law. It is your responsibility to understand the rules in your jurisdiction before registering.

doon55 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any stage. If verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time, the account may be suspended until they are received. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete for accounts where it has been requested.

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on doon55. If you already have a registered account, you may not create another one. Duplicate accounts — whether created under a different name, phone number or email address — will be closed without notice, and any balance associated with them may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. doon55 will never contact you by phone, SMS or email to ask for your full password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately through the platform.

Transactions and bets placed from your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team straight away. doon55 cannot reverse bets or transactions that were completed before a compromise was reported.

Account Information Accuracy

All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date. If your circumstances change, update your account information promptly. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended pending verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

doon55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Other methods may be added or removed over time — the current list is shown in your account dashboard.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your doon55 balance quickly after the transaction is confirmed on the payment network. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. doon55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by method and by your VIP tier — higher tiers receive faster withdrawal processing. Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding verification documents requested by doon55.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Bonus funds and their associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• doon55 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.
• Withdrawals may be declined if doon55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the account.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets and withdrawals on doon55 are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to transactions processed through supported Pakistani payment methods.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

doon55 runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, weekly PKR cashback and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed on the relevant promotion page before you claim them. The general conditions below apply across all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement amount and eligible games or sections are specified per offer. Progress toward completing the requirement is visible in your account's bonus section.

Bonus Validity

Each bonus has an expiry period within which it must be claimed and the wagering requirement completed. If the validity window passes before wagering is complete, the remaining bonus balance is forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

Bonus Abuse

doon55 monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, which includes creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, coordinated play designed to exploit promotion mechanics, and staking patterns that artificially meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account closed.

Weekly PKR Cashback

The weekly cashback programme calculates net losses from Monday to Sunday and credits a percentage of those losses as PKR cashback every Monday morning. Cashback is credited directly to your real balance with no wagering requirement. The cashback rate is determined by your current VIP tier.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on doon55, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other markets available in the betting section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds locked at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager, regardless of subsequent movement.
• In-play bets are subject to market availability during live events. doon55 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during a fixture.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market type. In most cases, abandoned matches result in void bets and stakes returned.
• doon55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are shown in the betting section and may vary by event size and market type.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance after the relevant event is settled and the market closes.

For PSL and T20 cricket markets specifically, weather and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method rulings are applied in accordance with the match officials' decisions. doon55 does not override official result determinations for the purposes of bet settlement.

7 Casino and Game Rules

All games available on doon55 — including live casino tables, fish shooting games and bingo rooms — are provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes in casino sections are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical outcomes. doon55 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game rules vary by title and room. Individual game rules are accessible from within each game interface.
• Bingo prize pools and ticket pricing vary by room. The prize structure for each room is displayed before you purchase tickets.
• Fish game point values and prize tables are shown in-game. Multipliers and special targets function as described in each game's rules.
• If a game experiences a technical fault or disconnection mid-round, the outcome will be settled based on the last confirmed state of the game recorded by doon55's servers.
• In the event of a software error that results in an incorrect payout being displayed or credited, doon55 reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings paid in error are not considered valid and may be recovered.

8 Player Conduct

All doon55 members are expected to behave in a fair and respectful manner toward other players and toward the platform's support team. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at support staff, other players or anyone associated with doon55.
• Any attempt to use automated systems, bots, scripts or third-party software to gain an advantage on the platform.
• Collusion with other players — for example, coordinating bet placement across multiple accounts to exploit market positions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such attempt must be reported to support immediately.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. doon55 will cooperate fully with any relevant authority in such cases.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts under any circumstances, as described in Section 3.

doon55 reserves the right to take action on accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, including withholding withdrawals pending investigation, suspending accounts and permanently banning members where the breach is serious.

9 Responsible Gaming

doon55 is committed to supporting members who want to manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered members at any time through the Responsible Gaming section:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR can be deposited. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a defined cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders — alerts that notify you when a gaming session has reached a duration you define.
• Self-Exclusion — block your account from gambling activity for a chosen period. Both short-term cooling-off and longer exclusion periods are available.

doon55 encourages members to use these tools proactively. If you feel your gaming is becoming a concern, setting limits or taking a break costs nothing and is always available. Contacting the support team to request any of these restrictions is also an option if you prefer to discuss it directly.

10 Privacy and Data

By registering a doon55 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with any applicable legal obligations and communicate with you regarding your account and relevant platform updates.

doon55 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy terms.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

doon55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect any of the following:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any material respect.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during the verification process.
• Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Activity consistent with money laundering, fraud or any other illegal behaviour.
• Collusion, bonus abuse or use of prohibited software as described in Section 8.
• A request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach, doon55 will review the account before making a final decision on any remaining balance. If the breach is confirmed, balances derived from the breach may be forfeited. If the review clears the account, any legitimate balance will be returned or made available for withdrawal.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Real money balances will be returned to you upon account closure, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on voluntary closure.

12 Limitation of Liability

doon55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims to maintain continuous availability, technical issues, maintenance windows or circumstances outside doon55's control may occasionally cause disruption. doon55 is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

• doon55 is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions made by the player — including decisions to place bets on specific markets or claim specific promotions.
• doon55 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• doon55 is not responsible for network issues, device failures or connectivity problems on the player's side that affect access to the platform.
• In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, doon55's liability is limited to correcting the error and, where applicable, returning the stake for the affected round.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

doon55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date shown at the top of the document. We may also notify active members of significant changes through in-platform messages or by email to the address on their account.

Continued use of the platform after the updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
